Brian Slate, President & CEO of  SLATE CONSTRUCTION , has over 27-years construction industry experience, and is current Vice President of the Seattle Chapter of American Society of Professional Estimators.

Well-respected since 1985, Mr. Slate has specialized in residential, commercial, & industrial construction - supervising over $500 million of various private, corporate & governmental projects. His notable skill in estimating has earned him a reputation as one of Seattle's premiere construction estimators. Additionally, his work has been cited in many industry publications.

Beginning his career as a union carpenter, Brian has always had an affinity for all elements of structural design and constructability. He attended Edmonds Community College For Construction Management, and has enhanced his skills by continued education in many related courses; including being a member of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

Brian's passion for construction is reflected in the myriad projects he has successfully completed in the Greater Seattle area. His unique ability to collaborate directly with architects, sub-contractors of all trades, government officials, and private & corporate clients has earned him a well-deserved reputation as a true professional.
